In England wordt er ieder jaar geld in gezameld voor de minder bedeelde medemens door de BBC en Comic Relief. Bij deze fundraiser hoort altijd een single, en de meest bekende hiervan is wellicht ‘Living Doll‘ van Cliff Richard en The Young Ones.

Ook dit jaar was er weer een show en deze keer werd de singel ‘I’m Gonna Roll (500 miles)’, uitgevoerd door Peter Kay, acteurs uit Little Britain en natuurlijk The Proclaimers. Nu was het origineel al prima, de nieuwe versie is misschien nog wel beter. Of vooral leuker…
