Je hebt van die nummer die, als je ze één keer hoort, gelijk minstens een week in je hoofd blijven zitten. Ik heb dat onder andere met het nummer ‘Streets Of London‘ van Ralph McTell, een ontzettend mooi nummer. En als dat nummer bij mij in mijn hoofd zit, vind ik dat dat ook wel bij jullie zo mag zijn. Het nummer is al menigmaal gecoverd, waaronder door Sir Cliff Richard, Sinéad O’Connor en door de Anti-Nowhere League. Het nummer van Sinéad O’Connor is vooral een beetje een zeikversie maar de punk versie van de Anti-Nowhere League is dan weer ronduit briljant!

Een speciale vermelding overigens voor Guus Meeuwis, die het nummer niet alleen gezongen heeft maar ook vertaald. En ook dat levert erg mooie muziek op.
